Room was good. Staff was nice so was the security I had to call in regards to a loud guest who did not follow the quiet time hours. The parking in the garage wasn’t the best but it was close enough.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Our first room we were given was still dirty( mistakes happen and we were given another room quickly). The second room smelled musty, finding out the air conditioning was leaking onto the carpet constantly. Lobby was nice and breakfast was decent but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms needs so serious attention.
This is my go to property when visiting Atlanta. The rooms are a great size, and the customer service never disappoints. You also cannot beat the location! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and even a huge Publix is around the corner.
We stayed here on a Friday night while in town for a wedding and we decided to return here Sunday night because it’ll we had such a good experience. The staff made the difference, especially Martha. We wish her the best in her hotel management journey, thank you!
The room was really big, and clean of course. The breakfast was hot and again the staff was welcoming- Kenny was the best, thank you.
The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many items to choose from.
