The staff was extremely kind, professional and all seemed willing to make sure our issues (there were plenty) were addressed. ZERO complaints whatsoever about the staff. The pool was closed; it would have been nice to know that prior to or at booking. You can tell this is an older building and is definitely showing its age, but the room was decent. The walls are extremely thin, though. Shower had great pressure & temp. Breakfast was what you'd expect.

Carpets need cleaning. Toilets flushed weirdly. Tubs need cleaning especially around the caulked areas and caulked again. Shower or shower curtains had bad smell. Staff was nice. I liked that breakfast was included but didnt really utilize it.

The staff were wonderful, very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was ok. Location was decent. It's a bit of an old building. Definitely needs updating. Overall, not bad. 3/5 stars!

My stay was ok. It served the purpose for which I needed it for, to rest, was on vacation. comfortable bed, clean will stay again. There were a few issues that I experience. The key didn't work all doors. Had to walk to the front of the building to enter inside. AC stop working during my stay. Overall I will stay again. Thank you!
