➤ Please note that this house is located on a very narrow street with some construction happening on it. There is driveway parking so this shouldn't be an issue, but some past guests have complained so we have made a note of it here for future guests.

Overall this place suited our needs for a weekend trip. It was clean, had air conditioning, and included a driveway parking spot (which is hard to come by in this area). It’s also in walking distance of Center Parc Stadium - which was the main selling point to us! There were a few things that needed improvement. One, the house rules say smoking isn’t allowed, even on the outside porch that guests share with a permanent tenant next door. The neighbor did smoke in said area, and we could smell it in the duplex pretty strongly. Two, there isn’t complete privacy in the master bedroom; the blinds are broken. So we ended up putting an ironing board in the windowsill to cover the exposed window area. Then just really small stuff, like the trash instructions being unclear. Also of note (because I would’ve liked to know), there is a Ring camera by the door. So it’s highly likely the owner is watching as guests come and go. All in all, we liked this spot on a budget and we were able to live comfortably for a few days! :)
