"No coffee in morning..staff Was rude"

"Great location, staff, and clean. Breakfast was convenient but should start before 7 AM in Atlanta. Most coffee shops are serving by 630A. Parking is $28.00 in Buckhead not The City of Atlanta under the hotel with a very limited amount of spaces. The overflow is next door in a public parking garage without a less secured feeling for any single traveler. The AC/Heating unit was popping and smoking in my room. Management removed a day of parking fees for the inconvenience of sleep. Hilton Honors Membership was honored."

"The lady that helped me at the front desk was very rude and not friendly at all. Very short and not helpful in anyway. She needs to take a class in customer service. "
