"We had to change rooms three times in order to get the room that we paid for. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable! I have never had a worst night sleep in a hotel and I usually love sleeping in hotels."

"Overall, nicely renovated hotel close to the airport and restaurants. Hotel room a good size but bathroom a bit small. "

"The hotel was in a good area and the staff was helpful but the guests were an issue for us. There was a baby crying for a while overnight. There was a couple with small kids brought who brought their children into the gym to play on the equipment and run around, and some women got into the elevator and were vaping while my husband and kids were enclosed. The breakfast was dry but free I guess. No waffles 😢. "

"My room's air conditioning didn't work for my entire stay of 4 nights. First day it was set on 59, when I complaint they turned the heat on and the AC ran on 79 all night. Later when I complaint, they told me to turn the AC off and open the curtains to maintain the temperature. I stayed without AC for next 2 days."

"The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! I went as a pit stop before my cruise. The burger joint has amazing burgers. I had the all American burger it was great! The lady at the bar had us laughing and the stove was good also great service. I will be back again soon!!! "
