This special home is located in one of Atlanta's most sought after neighborhoods, Historic Grant Park! Charming Charleston Style home with a full balcony. It's within walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars and shops, The Atlanta Zoo.

Also 1 block to Atlanta's transit system (Marta). A very quick ride to Downtown to The Mercedes-Benz Stadium ( Atlanta Stadium for 2026 World Cup!!!), State Farm Arena, The Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coca-Cola, The College Football Hall of Fame and many more downtown attractions.

Bill was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly require. The location was ideal—within easy walking distance to great restaurants and even the historic Oakland Cemetery. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay; I’m already looking forward to returning in the future.

We would definitely stay here again! The host was very welcoming and available for any questions we had. The house was confortable, well laid out, and I enjoyed the covered upper balcony. The location was ideal for us - just a few blocks from historic Oakland Cemetery, multiple eateries, restaurants, and a neighborhood market.
