The property i booked was changed to a cheaper and uglier house on the same day. Since it was last minute and there is a toddler with us, i didn’t have an option to say yes to the property that was offered. The property was very old and the walls and ceiling was chiping off. We found a live bugs. Stains on towels, No vessels, Unwashed cookware with leftover food, Bugs, No paper towels , Just 2 plates, No bath soap, No utensils. The stay was very unpleasant and uncomfortable with kids. I tried to call and discuss with customer care. Since i am travelling currently, i did not call yet. I have pictures and videos to share. I already shared few pictures with cohost but she just said that she will get back to me but no response yet.
