Great Clean and Convenient Property
The Tiny House was a great and unique stay. The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything I needed for my stay. Spoke briefly with one of the owners and he was very welcoming! I would absolutely stay there again.

Quaint, comfy, quiet tiny house.
Gracious hosts with terrific communication ensure your stay is perfect. Thoughtful touches like coffee and homemade soap, along with charming surroundings made for a memorable stay. It’s important to know that the space is small and narrow in areas, and climbing a ladder to the loft bed is necessary. We loved our stay!

Cozy Tiny House
I had a great time in this Tiny House. It was cozy and space-efficient and perfect for my needs. Of course making friends with the mini horses was a plus, haha. One thing I'll say about the location is that it is right next to a high school and one night there was a football game and the crowd was audible, but it didn't go late so not really a problem. But I would stay here again!

A true tiny house experience! Gave me insights into the tiny life and helped me discover what will be important should I decide to follow this lifestyle. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the quiet company of the 3 ponies while relaxing on my deck. Was disappointed that the fire pit was not available for me to enjoy. However, the accommodation were clean and adorable! Would definitely recommend

Wonderful stay!
First time you in a tiny house, so much fun! Gary and Joanne were great hosts and a beautiful setting. Great communication, easy to find, very quiet and very clean. Enjoyed the view of the horses with morning coffee on the patio with the provided delicious croissants. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

The tiny house was really cozy and the bed was super comfortable! The hosts were very friendly and helpful as well. I really enjoyed the reading area too. Great to sit on the covered deck looking out to the horses. Rain shower was an added plus to the amenities with big, fluffy towels. Great all around!!!

Had such a lovely time visiting Gary and Joann's Tiny House! The hosts were so fabulous and accommodating. The location is beyond special - it was great to experience the hosts' passion for horses. I also enjoyed the opportunity to bike to the greenway and enjoy abundant outdoor relaxation spaces.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Tiny house. We were provided with a morning basket with a lite breakfast every morning. Our plans changed during our visit and we were able to book an additional night stay at Tiny house. The owners were very pleasant and we would stay here again.

Property manager Joanne, was very friendly and helpful with things to do around the area. Also this tiny home had everything we could have possibly needed and wanted. I was very impressed with all of the little details they had put out for their guests. If I decide to come back to the area I’m definitely staying here, I felt so comfortable! Adorable and Perfect!
The property was easy to find and in a great location. The tiny home was clean and well stocked. Comfy bed and Amazon fire tv. The owners were so nice and accommodating. Plus, you have beautiful horses right outside the door! Who could resist walking over and giving the ponies an ear scratch?? Not me! I would recommended this rental and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Joanne and Gary for your hospitality and for sharing your adorable tiny home with us!

Perfect little getaway
My 9 year old daughter and I love staying in tiny houses and wanted a little getaway for the holiday weekend. This tiny house was perfect. Everything was so well thought out inside the tiny house, and my daughter loved the horses! The hosts were as nice as can be, and even helped me start the grill for dinner. We slept very comfortably and enjoyed a warm breakfast in the morning. We hope to come back!

An absolute treat!
With the Super Bowl in town, I was looking for a cost-effective alternative to extremely expensive hotel rooms. This Tiny House was an absolute treat--easy access to 400, excellent directions, and a very fun location (3 miniature horses just outside of my room). Everything is functional and seemingly brand new. Excellent communication with the owners, and the delivered morning breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Gary and Joanne are the best hosts. They are helpful if you need anything. Breakfast was great. Tiny house has everything you need. Very quiet yet close to everything. Feel like you are in the country but just minutes to shops and restaurants. Bed is comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The ponies were right outside the house and they rescued a miniature pony on one of the days so we got to see it adjusting to the farm. I would definitely stay there again.

The horses right outside the serene porch was the perfect setting for the novelty tiny house.
Incredible hospitality by our hosts who left a delicious breakfast in a basket at our doorstep each morning. The tiny house is that.....tiny yet efficiently set up and comfortable. Ladder to your comfortable loft bed with a delightful view of the horses. Fantastic attached porch to have breakfast or a cocktail. Enjoy!

The tiny house was cozy, clean, and had plenty of space for two adults. The property was great. Loved the animals, the hammock, and all the outdoor spaces to relax. Joanne and Gary were helpful and attentive at all times. So nice waking up to a fresh breakfast outside the door every morning. This was a sweet getaway, close to parks and hiking, restaurants, and an easy commute to Atlanta. So much quieter, more private, and more fun than a hotel!

Milt and I travel to Alpharetta every year, usually in March, to visit our son and his family. We chose March because we have two grandsons who play baseball, one for Birmingham Southern University, the other for Alpharetta High School. March is baseball month. The tiny house was clean, but did require some organization for the three week stay. The weather was quite cold and rainy, so we were unable to use the outdoor deck with its table and grill. Our hosts, Joanne and Gary, were attentive and quite interested in our comfort. The tiny house met our needs since our major focus was our family.

Perfect Anniversary getaway
Our stay was great! Joann and Gary are so sweet and welcoming, even gave us chocolate dipped strawberries to celebrate! Close to restaurants and stores! But the house is gorgeous! Cozy and it was perfect for us! We even had coffee with the horses and fed them carrots! I am so grateful and thankful for a great weekend with my boo at this cute tiny house!

Great hosts, sweet horses if they could only talk, slept like a lamb, cozy inside space. It rained so we did not get to really enjo the outside space. The swing was a fleeting moment and the sunset was imagined.
