My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything from the rooms, to the indoor pool, to the games and snack bar in the lobby were excellent! The decor was cheery as well.

Everything about the property was awesome. The check in and check out staff consisted of young adults who were very professional and oh so polite. The property was clean and inviting and the housekeeping staff were friendly. The room was exactly the way it appeared online and it was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is right at the interstate and easy to access. I'd recommend this property to anyone interested.

The rings are nice and updated. They are small though. The bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet was dirty. Had pee stain under the seat and stain on the top of seat, that shows it apparently was not cleaned. The shower shampoo had hair all over it. The floor had hair on it. I don't know who they got working in housekeeping, but the manager needs to do an audit of the runs before they book them! If it wouldn't have been for that i would have gave more stars

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was clean, nice, well maintained and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Idk why the listing says there’s a surcharge for breakfast. There was not. It was included.

Front desk person could be changed, the room was smaller than pictured and pillows could be better. Had to trick the air to even turn on. The cleanliness was good and breakfast had a good variety, the location of it was very convenient as it was next to some stores and gas station. Probably would stay again but remember to bring my own blankets and pillows.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I have stayed in Hilton tru and other hiltons a lot but that location at Lithia springs GA was the by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. The front desk people on the weekend were so bad I had my pregnant wife and two kids and tried to check early and they were so rude and not respectful at all. Clarence at the front cancel my reservation as I was explaining for him that I am honor Hilton member and VIP member at hotel.com and if possible to check in early. As I was not happy with service he suggested for my to call the police if not happy. It was really ridiculous to have such person in the front desk to receive guests who travel to enjoy their stay with family.. I truly never experienced such bad service as the one I did

Depending the direction you are coming from getting into the hotel parking lot is a little tricky but not too serious. Breakfast was good and replenished as soon as anything ran out. Both check in and check was smooth, quick and simple. We will be staying here again.

The Door to the room was very Difficult to open. The spring was so hard it took two people to hold open long enough to enter with cart. Impossible for one person to enter with luggage.

I was amazed with how clean the whole property is! And they were continuously cleaning the common areas. Every staff member I spoke with was beyond friendly and kind. It was a different experience, and I'd be happy to book at a Tru by Hilton again!

I liked how incredibly wonderful and attentive the staff was especially since they had to work on a holiday. I liked how clean everything was kept. I didn't like how hard the beds were. I didn't like the noise of the road outside or how loud it was often inside the hotel. But overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.
