Because the property is situated on a partially wooded lot with a natural stream, guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife, including deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, butterflies, frogs, and other native species. During warmer months, insects and mosquitoes may be present, especially near the stream and landscaped areas.

Seasonal Stream
The stream flowing through the property is rainfall-dependent and may vary in water level throughout the year. During and after rainfall, guests can enjoy the soothing sounds of flowing water as it winds through the landscape.

Fire Pit Safety
Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit. Please follow all local fire regulations, never leave a fire unattended, and ensure it is completely extinguished before leaving the area.

Grill Use
A gas grill is available for guest use, and propane is provided. Guests are responsible for operating the grill safely and cleaning it after use.

Remote Work Friendly
The home features high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated standing desk workspace, making it ideal for remote workers, digital nomads, and extended stays.

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette materials responsibly and never discard them in landscaped, wooded, or grassy areas.

Property Maintenance & Landscaping
To keep the property beautiful and enjoyable year-round, professional landscapers are scheduled to visit on or around the 15th and 30th of each month, weather permitting. Services may include mowing, trimming, pruning, leaf removal, debris cleanup, and general landscape maintenance. Guests may occasionally see landscaping personnel working in exterior areas of the property during normal daytime hours.

Property Access
On rare occasions, the owner, maintenance personnel, or contractors may need access to exterior portions of the property to perform necessary repairs, maintenance, or improvements. Whenever possible, guests will be notified in advance. We remain committed to respecting your privacy and minimizing any disruption to your stay.
