So much to offer best place for large families but maximum luxury.

Relax and watch the wildlife on the lake or walk to Canton Street and enjoy all the restaurants, art galleries, boutique shops, live music performances.

The games room has a pool table, bar, coffee station, darts board, comfortable seating and of course a large tv. Walk outside and you can go for a kayak ride or fish off the dock... fishing and swimming is permitted in this spring fed private lake.

This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. The eat in kitchen has both a breakfast table area and a large 6 ft island with counter stools. Great for entertaining with high end appliances. You will find everything you need and more. If you find something that you don't have we will do our best to provide it for you.

The covered patio off the lower level has comfortable seating and twinkle lights to enjoy the lake at night.

The deck on the main level has a great outdoor dining table and bbq to cook while looking at the lake

The firepit is a great place to be both chatting with family and friends while enjoying the lake.

Golf cart can be added with daily fee

Roswell Gem

We took full advantage of the large kitchen table, sitting areas and overall charm. The property is presented as advertised. Property has age spots, but lovely. Host was very responsive and clearly takes pride in ensuring a positive experience.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay in this great home. Very quiet neighborhood on a small lake in a perfect location. Enjoyed time on the boats and fishing. Close to great restaurants and loved going into downtown Roswell.

Home base for exploring Atlanta and surrounding area

Great house and perfect location

Our family stayed here while in town for a wedding in the area. The house was perfect for our group of 8, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and everyone had an enjoyable experience here. The house was very comfortable with lots of different areas, either to sit and relax and enjoy nature, or gather with family or friends. The kitchen was fabulous and we especially enjoyed the game room with pool table and darts! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house

This house is in a fabulous location with serene views of the lovely little lake. It is spacious, very clean and met all our needs. Beds are comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is very large and great to use.

Perfect spot for a friends retreat

Such a comfortable home to gather with 8 friends for a long weekend. The surroundings were peaceful and safe feeling. The kitchen was well supplied for all of our cooking- they have EVERYTHING! Super comfortable beds and linens, and we enjoyed the really fun and whimsical artwork around the home! Would stay again!

Perfect location

This beautiful home is located just minutes from Canton Street in Roswell. There are numerous quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy. But if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this home makes you feel like you’re in a private oasis!! There is a little lake with your own little dock, perfect to just sit and listen to the sounds of nature. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great property and location

The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It provides a number of options - plenty to do if you decide to stay at the house (e.g. lake activities, billiards and darts in the basement) or it’s minutes way from canton street if you decide you want to hit the town. The owner Zoe was also very accommodating with an early check in request and was responsive via text. All around it was a pleasant experience and I would book again.

Family fun without the Fuss

We rented this home for a family gathering and it could not have been more perfect! The kitchen had every amenity, the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the common areas were open and inviting. Located just North of Atlanta, the property was easy to find and a quick trip into the city. Check-in was a breeze and the views were breathtaking; we would gladly rent this house again!

Easter weekend in Roswell

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. It easily fit seven people, (us and our five adult children) and was a great place to unwind and catch up on things. The house is very comfortable with multiple seating areas both inside and out, as well as a great little dock space right on the water. The proximity to Canton Street was also fantastic. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely return to this property and the town of Roswell. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful setting in Roswell

We were very pleased with this house for our eight family members who were in town to attend a wedding. The kitchen is large and well supplied with plenty of seating. There were lots of seating areas inside and outside, also, to spread out. We especially enjoyed the bird and turtle watching while sitting outside. The pool table in the basement was a bonus for our adult kids to learn some new skills. We would book here again in the future.

Journey to the south!

Great location and we enjoyed the Canton Street Restaurants. The water moccasin visiting down by the boat dock was a little scary. I would rent the home again. I got to visit Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield and that was very educational. Thanks
