This sleek and stylish apartment is located in West Midtown, just north of Georgia Tech, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Only a 5 min drive to downtown. It is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for any long or short term stay. Rates vary. 30 night minimum (some exceptions).

*This is the top story unit of a 3 story triplex. If you are going to be up late or loud during your stay, please do not book this unit.
This unit includes private garage parking.

The Space:
This modern apartment is 1300sf with high end finishes; stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pillow top mattresses, HE washer and dryer, HDTV, and high speed Wifi. 

It is fully equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. 

This property is located in West Midtown, just north of GA Tech, and minutes from downtown Atlanta (Mercedes Benz Stadium, GWCC, Mart, CNN Center). The property is also walking distance to several well known restaurants, and Atlantic Station.
