"Room was tight for a family of 5. The sofa bed pull out could use an update. The bathroom was extremely small. The fitness/gym was not what was pictured in the hotel details. Parking was okay, had a gated area for guest, it is limited spaces available. Breakfast was okay. The hotel was about 12-15 mins from the aquarium and Coca Cola exhibit. Would recommend getting back to hotel before it gets dark out. "

"The check in process needs to be improved. Staff seem to just be waiting around and not helping customers check in or not prioritizing customers in order in line. "

"I was here for a 3 night stay, the staff was great very friendly and welcoming the hotel itself was clean and the location perfect. The only issue I had was the walls are really thin you can pretty much hear everything in the next room other than that I had no complaints "

"The $15/day fee for parking was not previously disclosed prior to my arrival. The parking garage had leaks and only some spaces were available. The room had garbage from the previous guest still in it. There was a chunk of hair on the wall in the bathroom. The ice machine on our floor did not work at all. The hotel attendant had to fiddle with the plug to the 2nd floor ice machine to get it to work. The air conditioner was loud but it did work. "
