Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Only thing that could have been better is the room was a little dated as far as furnishings and amenities.
My family traveled here for my daughter’s dance competition, and Kiearra J at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. She was able to accommodate our family by ensuring our rooms were close together, which made our stay so much easier. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Kiearra!
We stayed in the Denis Tower at Ballys, it was dirty, smelly, spotty housekeeping , old , you get the picture. I won’t stay there again. It’s sad because the location is really great in the center of the boardwalk and right at the beach.
The location is perfect - right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and newly renovated. My only real criticism is that the safe didn't work, although I requested that it be fixed. Also, the escalator has been broken for all three times I have stayed at this hotel! Overall, however, it is good value and I will stay here again!
We enjoy the fact that the hotel was located right along the beach and we could walk out right onto the boardwalk. We also enjoyed the fact that the casino and restaurants were attached to the hotel although a few more restaurants would be enjoyable also. One thing that we did not really care for was we parked in the self parking area, but there were no carts to be able to get our luggage back to the hotel. A few carts would be most appreciated next time.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Our initial visit was not so good paid for early check in and though we received a new room with amenities we wanted from the start it was after a room which phone did not work mold in bathroom
And vents had heavy dust we enjoy Ballys but we had that sentiment we also stated an additional night with cost added but we enjoyed our stay for the most part
The room and the building are just significantly outdated and dirty. There were visible stains on the carpet and around the room, there was a half a roll of toilet paper I had to go track someone down for more, what appeared to be blood on the bathroom floor. Having the beach bar right there is nice, and the convenience to Ceasars / Mountain Bar. But don’t try to use the kiosk to check in they don’t work, no one would help us with our luggage just because we parked in self parking, and the room is tiny with a view of building exteriors and roofs. Would likely not stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The staff was friendly, helpful, and one of the best parts of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. There were very few amenities besides gambling, and the entrance by the ballroom area did not feel safe due to the lack of security. It was also not kid-friendly, with little for children to enjoy. I think the experience would improve with increased security throughout the property and making the pool adults-only was another disappointment. While the staff did a great job, the facilities and overall atmosphere need improvement.
