Check in was a bear which may be the case regularly due to concerts or shows in the area. However, there are check-in machines that was helpful though the can take some patience but some staff were available to assist. Our room was in the Dennis tower that could use some upgrading. All areas of our room was clean and neat. However, there are no charging stations but plenty of outlets. It was only a one night stay so if there is another time, I’ll ask for a room in the new tower
