The room was nice however the toilet was very low to the floor, making it hard for elderly people to get down and up off the toilet. As for the casino, when we arrived, we noticed that it was not as crowded as we expected and then we find out that the reason might’ve been because everything in the casino was overly priced and very expensive. We were unable to get drinks, even though we were sitting at a game and playing slots or cards or whatever and there were several times that a drink was ordered and never arrived. We were very disappointed in the services provided in that manner and will not return to Harris.

We stayed there because it is supported to be a family-friendly spot that includes access to a family pool between certain posted hours as well as access to the larger resort pool in the afternoons. We timed check in and plans in the area around the ability to utilize the services. But when we got to the family pool we were ushed out bc the "lifeguard lefty early". We went to the larger resort pool which was also "closed early". The following day we tried again for the family pool along with 20+ others and it was open late which didn't align with check out. We tried to speak with the front desk and got the run around. Had to tell the story like 4 times and basically was told there could do nothing...and they don't really care. Note you are paying a daily resort fee to be able to use the amenities. My feelings: skip staying in Atlantic City all together and just stay in one of the other communities and go in to see and use the casino.
