"Good room, reasonably clean and located close to Charlottetown airport. The best feature was the lovely & helpful young woman working at the front desk. Had an issue with the tv receiver & she came right away to resolve the problem."

"We’ve stayed here many times for its convenient location to walk in the downtown area to services, restaurants and the waterfront! The location is a short drive to the Digby ferry. This time, we were very disappointed with not being given the room we booked! We booked a Club, King Bed, Water view room. When checking in they said the club floor wasn’t available and then asked us if we were okay with 2 queen beds. My spouse agreed that the 2 queens would be okay. We went to our room and there was no water view. Why would we book one room and not be given what we booked and paid for. We were very disappointed! We returned to the front desk to voice our concerns and the other staff member was able to help us get the room we booked and paid for! Why would your team not give us the room we booked and instead we had to advocate to get the room we booked! Very disappointing experience!"
