"AVOID. Please stay away from booking this hotel from Hotels.com. It’s a scam. Hotels.com haven’t been helpful at all during this process. I haven’t had a refund and they are refusing to co-operate. When I arrived at Hotel Riad Airport, I was told they had no space at all and that they don’t even list their hotel on this website so whoever that did list this on here is a scammer.
