"I have stayed at this hotel before, so I am comparing this experience with my previous stay. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is good, but unfortunately the basic service this time was very disappointing. From the first day, both bathrooms had no toilet paper, shower gel or shampoo. We were three people using two bathrooms, yet we had to repeatedly call reception just to receive basic necessities. The most frustrating part was having to keep asking for things that should automatically be checked and replenished by housekeeping. It was only on our last night that everything was finally provided properly. I appreciate that hotels can have occasional oversights, but when the same issue continues for several days, it becomes unacceptable. Especially disappointing given that my previous stay was much better. The location remains excellent, but the housekeeping and basic guest service need significant improvement."

The facilities were excellent, providing a very comfortable and welcoming environment for my trip to Marrakech with my daughter. While the hotel itself was great, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members who truly made our stay memorable. First, I want to give 100% praise to Abdelilah at the front desk. He went absolutely above and beyond in his duties. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Secondly, i want to highly commend Abdel and the entire animation team. The quality of the entertainment, including the music and dances, was outstanding. Abdel showed genuine care for us as guests, bringing fantastic energy and ensuring we had a wonderful time. You have a fantastic team, and these individuals are a true credit to your hotel. I highly recommend recognizing both Abdelilah and Abdel for their outstanding contributions to the guest experience. "Nice hotel overall for the price you pay (budget friendly option), but slightly older/worn out. Large facilities and pool area, restaurants were not anything I would recommend but there are options nearby and only 10 min taxi to central Marrakech. We stayed for 2 nights and was out a lot. Concierge was helpful to organize taxi to Agadir, but I tried calling reception to get an iron and never heard back. There also was a nightclub nearby playing very high music into the night, bring earplugs!"
