"AVOID. Please stay away from booking this hotel from Hotels.com. It’s a scam. Hotels.com haven’t been helpful at all during this process. I haven’t had a refund and they are refusing to co-operate. When I arrived at Hotel Riad Airport, I was told they had no space at all and that they don’t even list their hotel on this website so whoever that did list this on here is a scammer. Disgusting service from Cristine B at Hotels.com who hung up multiple times to avoid dealing with my problem. We...

"This is a brand new riad with excellent facilities. Very comfortable, luxurious, clean, and very impressive mixing between the traditional and modern riad Issam and Ahmed were very helpful and courteous. The riad is well positioned, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket are within 2 minutes walk. Very close to a golf course. Excellent dining option and good menu upon reservation. Bed is very comfortable."

"A great location in relation to the airport. We arrived late and didn’t want to check into our higher priced accommodations until the next day. This was a good choice for our overnight/transition stay. The service was excellent, yet the room didn’t cool down ( we were there in late June, so very hot) and there was a stain on the wall in the bathroom that definitely needs to be cleaned/painted. Lovely decor. "
