Magnificent, vast property with astonishingly beautiful gardens. Excellent service at all levels, including helpful concierge. Tasteful Moroccan style decor in large suites with all usua five-star comforts. Terrific buffet breakfast.
This is the best hotel in Marrakech! Everything from the start to finish was perfect. All the staff were great and attentive. The hotel itself is fabulous and very clean! I didn’t want to leave, it was just magical and in the perfect location.
Thank you for making my hoilday perfect, we will definitely be back xx
1-Very noisy
We could hear our neighbor talking all night
2-A salad and a fish took 1h20 min to arrive from room service
3- asked for matches to be delivered to the room but it never came
4- all bellmen staff were 5 stars and super friendly
5- TSA lady for breakfast was also 5 stars, we told her we had to wait the night before for food she made sure our breakfast was delivered super fast and personally came to apologize
An exceptional stay at Es Saadi Palace. Truly a home away from home. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail make it a place we keep coming back to. A special thank you to Hanan for her kindness and for arranging a room for us to rest after check-out before our late departure such a thoughtful gesture. We will always choose this hotel
Our first time at Es Saadi Marrakech & would definitely recommend - room was amazing, spacious with lovely balcony. Setting with all the trees & gardens was beautiful & felt like an escape from the hustle & bustle outside - all the food we had was top notch & service impeccable 10 out of 10
it was very good hotel cleaned and staff were very nice.
breakfast very good.
air-condition was not strong.
hotel is beautiful.
casino good.
every thing were good
I find this historical, unique all suites hotel with a mature park like garden a museum class art collection by far the most interesting five star hotel in Marrakesh. Service, kitchen, matches the quality of architecture.

It’s ok, a little bit tired and some features are damaged.
Needs some investment, but it is fine.
I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home.
We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional.
The pools are massive and absolutely stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a true gem, and I’ll definitely be back ♥️
We’ve had the most wonderful short break at Es Saadi Palace, wishing we could stay for longer. Every part has been 5*: breakfast has every hot & cold option possible; delightful rooms & we appreciated an upgrade to a stunning suite with multiple indoor / outdoor places to relax. Though end January, great weather allowed relaxing in the sun by outdoor heated pool during the day & evenings using hotel’s spa, both welcome antidotes to the bustle of the souks which are a leisurely 25min stroll away.
But what makes a Hotel is the staff, at
Es Saadi Palace they are the friendliest and most helpful we could’ve wished for, every request, in every part of the hotel, was met with a warm & positive response.
No hesitation in giving 5* review with a hope to return.
Beautiful resort however they need to improve their service. Constantly had to go looking for someone to help and serve us at the breakfast place and at the pool. To charge this amount service should be impeccable.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Substandard hotel
This was not a Palace and should not be classed as a 5 star hotel. Poor sound proofing. Staff lack of understanding international English language. The front desk staff are probably the worst I have ever encountered in my holiday experiences.
Very expensive for very poor service. Best advice I can give AVOID!
