The hotel is under construction. And the walls are terribly thin. You can hear every tv around clearly. No parking for hotel quests.

Arrived early and got a room right away. Hotel is undergoing a major renovation. Some noise during the day but quiet at night. Internet connection didn’t work. Wi-Fi was ok but no internet access. Was basically told “that’s the way it is. Our IT folks can’t do anything since it’s a third party provider…” That isn’t a good answer since they advertise free internet access. Food choices were limited but food was delicious. We ate at the “buffet” and the high-end steak house. The steak house was excellent! Casino was clean. Odds definitely favor the house!

Knocking on the door way before checkout time and the people that comes up and get your luggage was very kind of rude. In time I walked out my room there was housekeeping going into the room and it was not checkout time I could have been going to get breakfast I had not even turned in my keys. I dropped them in the box.

The staff is very friendly, sadly the television in the room did not work properly. The room was very clean. I had a non smoking room but the elevators smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There shouldn’t be smoking floors in a nice building like that with or without the casino which I didn’t use.

We were not told about the renovations being done on the property specifically the rooms being remodeled. We were awoken at 7 am to hammering it was so loud it sounded like they were in our room. Checkout is at 11 am but it was so noisy we just got up and left.

I had to leave at about 7am and was looking to have something to eat before I left. Unfortunately breakfast didn’t start until 7am. Perhaps in a Hotel where people are gambling 24/7 you could have some dining options early on.

Property is awesome as we went when the holiday decorations are up. Disliked room service menu. 2 or 3 choices. The burger wasn't good. The muffin was the kind you see like at 7-11. Breakfast was great in the food court. The staff were all very friendly. The slots let you play for awhile.

The food (Buffett), was terrible…definitely not worth 64.00 for 2 to eat! The only good and hot food was the bbq! We were 5th in line to eat when they opened and I was expecting hot food…NOT! The only thing we didn’t try was the pizza, pasta and salads! Will only eat the bbq if we go back!

We unfortunately did not like the new “market” for food. The food was not as good as the usual buffet. I clean For a living and the cleanliness of the room was not good. There was dust on the higher up fixtures, and the shower had mold.
