I would highly recommend Palazzo Ferraioli in the quaint town of Atrani. Clean rooms, a very friendly staff especially Antonietta, Rita and of cours Carlo who was very attentive and had to carry the luggage up all those steps!! Breakfast is delicious and they make the best cappuccino! We are already planning our stay for next year!!

Amazing place. The best place to stay if you want to stay on the Amalfi coast, be close to amalfi but not stay in a crowded place. The staff are amazing, from reception staff to Carlo and Enzo. They all helped at anytime we needed. Very professional and great location. Will definitely be back. Dont waste time looking for anywhere else, this place is the best hands down. Thanks for the great memories.

It’s a great location only few minutes to the beach and very nice staff . We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Carlo and Daniela. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The location was great. The breakfast was good. We were disappointed that the hot tubs weren’t working because it wasn’t warm enough outside—they didn’t leave them plugged in with heater on. The bar was also closed. It seems by mid-September they were already slowing down.

Antionetta, Vincechetti, Carlo and staff were very kind and helpful. I loved this property as it was the best quaint location right next to Amalfi. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing variety and tastes so delicious.

Beautiful hotel!! All of the staff were so amazing and friendly and the rooms were ckean. It would have been nice to have another mirror in the big room we had especially since there were three of us sharing the bathroom. Breakfast was yummy and the area around the hotel is quiet and close to the beach. Be prepared for the stairs!

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were incredible (shout out to Carlo for being an absolute gentleman and a very strong one at that for helping us with our luggage on all the stairs!). But the staff at the front desk were also so lovely. Our room was BEAUTIFUL. The big tub and bathroom were spotless. The view was incredible. The bed was also larger than most hotels in Italy and quite comfortable. The breakfast was also great and though we didn't have time to use the spa, it looked amazing. Also very walkable to Amalfi centre.

This hotel is worth it for the views alone. The rooftop patio was a wonderful spot to sit and stare out at the sea, the mountains, and the city below. It is a very short walk from the hotel to Amalfi and on its street sits the most amazing Michelin star restaurant. The staff were kind and helpful. It is also steps away from a beach club and private beach. Overall, the experience was extremely enjoyable.

The hotel is walkable distance from the main city centre and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. All the staff members were extremely helpful. Special call out to Sonia, Carlo and Antonietta.

The Staff at Piazza Ferraioli was terrific!! Sonia at reception was so helpful and very kind!! Carlo was extremely helpful. Antoinette could not do enough for you!! Remembered the coffee I drink!! The overnight person Antonio was kind and helpful. The staff all over was over and above to make sure you were taken care of. I would highly recommend a stay there despite the steps!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ferraioli in Atrani, Italy! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of Italian charm. The location is perfect for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and Atrani is such a lovely and peaceful little town. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend Palazzo Ferraioli to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. We would love to come back again! 🇮🇹

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. This was our second time staying here, and it certainly won’t be our last. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Be ready to climb stairs!! If you have luggage bigger than carryon size it’ll be a work out for you! Especially if you take the bus to get there. The bus drops you off on the street above (you’ll understand once you get there), you’ll have to take some narrow stairs down, then climb stairs up to get to the hotel. Carlo was very helpful with carrying some luggage up there. Other than that it was a great stay with beautiful views!!

Terrific view, clean and well-maintained rooms, helpful staff - everything was as you'd hope for in a hotel. Perhaps the most notable perk was the strong AC in the room - we stayed during a heat wave and that AC was a game-changer! Also, if your wife packs too much stuff for vacations like mine, make sure to tip Carlo well for carrying your luggage up all those stairs. It was such a hot day when we arrived and we were happy to have his help getting up to the hotel from street level. It was also great having breakfast on site ready for us daily - always got the day off to a good start. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location as it was close to the centre of everything. Atrani itself a a quaint old town and i loved exploring it. The room has an amazing view and the breakfasts were great - refreshing, healthy and a great selection for all. The wifi worked really well and I loved the jacuzzi in my bathroom - it was great to relax after long days exploring the coast!

Property was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Jetted tub was very nice. Views were amazing. Very quiet hotel and in a small town with just enough conveniences and dining etc. only a 10 min walk or so to downtown Almafi for more shops/restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The overall stay was nice. There are a few things that make me give it a 3 star review vs a 5 star. The staff was sooo helpful and VERY responsive. Carlo carried my bags All the way up/down 162 stairs to my room! The view from our room was also gorgeous! Atrani is gorgeous and VERY convenient area to visit Amalfi = 5 stars The mattress felt like a concrete pad. There were 162 stairs one way to our room. There was no sitting room on the balcony and the free breakfast was always empty when we came = 3 stars

The entrance to the hotel is very tricky to find as there aren't any signs, and when you do, there are a lot of stair you have to walk up to get to the front of the hotel. Unfortunately, you will have to walk up these stairs with your bags to arrive. The hotel itself is nice but definitely shows its age. There's only one elevator which a maximum of 2-3 people can fit in. The rooms are well kept and decently renovated. Our jacuzzi wasn't working properly unfortunately. The staff are great and breakfast is complimentary.
