Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, courtyard, swimming pool (above ground) (4.3 m diameter, depth 115 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 12.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 150 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 10 km, railway station "Roseto degli Abruzzi" 22 km, sandy beach "Pineto" 20 km pebble beach "Scerne" 18 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Local sale of farm products.
