"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the house is beautiful, spotless, and filled with charm. Every detail shows the owners’ dedication to comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the garden a true oasis to relax. "Our mini apartment was so cute! Everything was perfect, the balcony behind the bathroom was perfect and the walking distance to the historic center is amazing. Also the owners offering a breakfast for 5 euro ( coffee, cappuccino, hot tea. Yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, crostata and biscotti home made very yummy! All of these buffet style. "

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"
