"We booked this gem for a last minute getaway for our family before taking our oldest to college. This is a secluded spot not far from town with amazing scenery, birds, wildlife. The night sky viewing is spectacular. Clean, comfortable rooms and space for our family of four. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed. "My initial impression was not favorable. There was a terrible odor from previous smoking in this property even though it said it was a non-smoking property. The upstairs bathroom was the dirtiest room of the house. The walls were filthy with drips of dirt, coming down the walls. The exhaust fan was full of dirt as well. The shower liner was in need of being replaced as it was also very dirty. There also may be an electrical problem with the outlet in the upstairs bathroom. When I plugged in a...
