Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes.

"No one at check in @ 17.00pm Booking in machine would not recognise my booking despite me having already paid. Was waiting 30 minutes for someone to turn up.
