Historic Auburn home split in two private units near downtown and American River

Great location, central to all gold country has to offer, though located on busy street that comes with some street noise during the day, much less so in evening. Watch the people and cars go by from your own private front porch and yard. A short walk to dining, nightlife, shopping. Conveniently located near a kayak rental shop and right up the canyon from the American River.
The house has two units. You get the front, main portion of the house and will have your own private unit with private entrance, porch and laundry. You should have the property to yourself for most of your stay with myself, family and friends using the back unit on an as needed basis. I will let guests know in advance if back unit will be occupied. Great fun place and location.
