"This hotel is a former school, and it's an architectural treat to see and stay in. Plenty of free parking on the hotel grounds, even in the center of Stirling. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very convenient to everything in Stirling, which is a tourist destination without a tourist feel (no tweed/tartan shops, etc.--just a regular Scottish town with a modest castle on the top of the hill). "

"This room was clean and tidy. The stuff was friendly. We didn’t have air fan in the room, but we requested it and it was given to as. Downstairs is a great bar and dinning place. Also if you have car you can drive to the town and take some take away or go to the shop. We liked this room. The only thing is very small tv. It’s more like a computer screen. BUT overall it was a great stay"

Dog friendly doesn't really do it justice at all, Bruar might just book and come back without us! 😁 Food is just excellent, dinner, breakfast everything was just perfect. Great bar with lovely locals up for a chat. Great location and perfect for exploring Glen Devon, Glen Eagle's estate. Wonderful coming back as soon as we can! Thanks guys!"
