Lovely quiet peaceful little place to Relax in and only two minutes from The world famous Gleneagles hotel. In full view of the beautiful Ochil hills, Blackford is an ideal location for commuting to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Stirling or Perth. Enjoy a good nights sleep in our super comfy kingsize bed with heated electric blanket and USB wall chargers at either side of the bed for your convenience. The living area offers a comfortable reclining leather sofa and armchair, super fast BT wifi, smart tv and cosy wood burning stove. There is a recently renovated play park right outside the front of the house. Perfect for the kids. A Village shop close by for any essential items and also The Blackford Inn for food and drink at the weekends. The Tullibardine distillery is just a short distance away which is well worth a visit if you like a wee dram. The area hosts an enviable amount of local walks, first class golf courses and stunning scenery.

Loved staying at Russell’s place. So convenient to get to attractions, and we were able to get back to the house with no issues. Russell was so great at communication and letting us in early. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
We had a pleasant stay here. The house was clean, comfortable and had a lot of space. The kitchen was well equiped. The bed was very good. There was some very nice cake and drinks, and some other things for us on arrival. The host was very friendly and helpful when we had a question.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Russell’s delightful and cozy cottage. Russell went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable. We highly recommend Russell’s cottage for anyone visiting the area for touring or golfing at nearby Gleneagles.
