"Incredibly warm welcome. Room was rudimentary (for comparison, just marginally less nice than the premier inn we stayed in the night before). Main issue was the Aircon was ineffectual and I'm a hot sleeper. To be fair, in the morning I realised the windows do open a little. "

Modern and very well appointed, with a small garden for dogs, warm and traditional - contemporary decoration with a french country feel. Wonderful bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. "This hotel has closed down and hasn’t notified Expedia or any other agent and is still taking bookings on their own website directly. Expedia gave me shocking customer service when I raised this with them. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get them to believe me. Total disaster. Avoid Expedia at all costs. "

"Fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate are stay. The retreat was luxury from start to finish with beautiful touches throughout the property to create the feeling of a home away from home. Wi-Fi connection was excellent and full cable services and digital apps available, which was perfect for rainy days.
