"The Cordis was a nice hotel with very gracious and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the original portion of the hotel (not the Pinnacle Tower) was extremely outdated and very much showing its age. Because of that, I don't believe it lived up to it's 5-star rating in numerous ways."
