Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When we booked the Property, it accommodated 4 people as it had a pull out sofa bed in the living area. On arrival the manager advised they had now amended the property to providing beds for 3, sofa bed has been removed. Camping stretcher was provided and a 20 discount offered for inconvenience. Photos should be updated for future bookings. House intensely smelt like incense or something similar which made us all feel headachy. Duvet in single bed was stained. Gas heater is unflued. We could hear every movement made upstairs, not a "little" noise as advertised by having children. Smoke detector was also faulty. We actually booked for two nights but just couldn't endure the second night and headed home early. The nicest thing was the bush outside and the birdsong. Not sure how it had an existing rating of 8.8.
