A fantastic location and a good hotel. But there was so much mosquitos in the room it was crazy.

We specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. We were doing strenuous activities and were looking forward to soaking our muscles in some warm water but the water was cold. We booked a room with three beds and the third bed was painfully uncomfortable. I’m surprised they wouldn’t replace that mattress by now. The other two beds were fine. Pros: nice white blankets. Great location. The morning breakfast looked great. We couldn’t enjoy it because our activities started too early but the selection looked plentiful. If you don’t care about a hot tub and you only have two people in the room this would be a great choice.

Visited on May 3 for 1 night. A nice basic hotel with a restaurant ( closed when we got there at 8pm). Clean. Helpful staff. Our room for 3 was nice. But since it was hot outside it was hot inside and they did not have AC turned on. It was 81 degrees in our room. We had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Opened windows for a while but closed them overnight for safety. We asked for & got a room fan for one room. Manager listened to our concerns & was agreeable to discount our room because of the uncomfortable heat; but made his point about ‘ Americans’ wanting too cold AC. Parking space in front is small (& was full) but good parking space in back with gate. Breakfast was very nice, offering many different foods with nice seating area and nice set tables with tablecloths. Although we didn't stay to eat; after the uncomfortable night we just wanted to leave. I would recommend this hotel, but ask for room fans if AC isn’t on.

Good location. Good breakfast. Free parking just outside the entrance for my motorcycle. The guy in the bar is a all around good guy! A place good for another stay.

Very well located and has free parking facilities right near the hotel. Shores of Garda Lake are barely 5 mins away. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. Bathroom was big and clean. I stayed in the ground floor and my room had a small terasse. Definitely a good option to consider for a longer stay.

A comfortable four night stay.

A comfortable hotel. I was unable to get a meal on the first evening. This was due to two bus trips being in residence. I was told I should have booked half-board. This option was not available on Hotels.com booking site. Not to worry as super restaurants next door and nearby, so I ate in one of them on the four nights I was at the hotel. On the whole a good hotel.

No heating in room during our stay beginning of May 23. Also hotel was full, so it was very hard to find a parking spot (there is not enough parking spaces for all guests). Stuff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast could be better.

Charming hotel, with just the basics. Rooms are small, well lit and air conditioned. Ours had a balcony. Parking available on hotel grounds with plenty of spots. Staff is ok, the front desk staff is either wonderful and very helpful or dismissive, depending on which member of staff you encounter. Housekeeping staff was intrusive and kept knocking on our door in the morning or just coming in, there was no “do not disturb” sign available.

Meget støj fra skraldebil hver morgen på bagside af hotel Der kommer 3 forskellige skraldebiler fra ca kl 5 til kl 7 + plus varebiler. Vækkeur behøves ikke. Der mangler en lille dyne, ikke kun et lagen. Det er for koldt med et lagen når der ellers er fine ac kølet værelser. God morgen buffet

Ihan kelpo hotelli

Kelpo hotelli, hyvät pysäköintimahdollisuudet. 90-luvun tunnelmaa, joskin hotellin näkemyksen mukaan hiljattain remontoitu, mikä ei välttämättä näy erityisen selvästi. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Sijaitsee joen varressa, joskin joki tulvavallin takana, eikä juuri hotellille näy. Huoneestamme oli hyvät näköalat vuoristoon, eli poispäin järvestä. Järvinäköaloja tuskin lienee koko hotellissa edes ylemmissä järven suuntaan olevissa huoneissa. Allasalue vaikutti olevan melko miellyttävä, joskaan en sitä itse käyttänyt.

Es gab auch sehr nette Kontakte an der Rezeption. Besonders toll ist der Olivenhain um den Pool. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. An der Nachhaltigkeit von Zahnputzbecher bis Marmeladen, Joghurt Verpackungen ist allerdings noch Verbesserungsbedarf für eine bessere Umwelt… es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal hier und kommen gern wieder. Es passt alles, insbesondere die schöne Anlage und der freundliche Service sowie die Nähe zum Wasser. Ein paar kleine aber unwesentliche Anmerkungen: Zimmer 20: Vorhang und Badfenster etwas schmutzig, Wannenstöpsel und Griff an Armatur fehlt, Kühlschrank außer Funktion ...und der Hugo war sehr dünn. Aber das ist nebensächlich. Alles in allem empfehlenswert für Paare als auch für größere Kinder. Danke für die schönen Tage. Mario und Katrin
