We regularly stayed in this hotel as it is close to the CBD where most of our business meetings are held. It is also close to restaurants etc. They used to have a comprehensive smart TV system with access to Australia's ABC, CNN, BBC and ESPN sports. The new TV system was woeful with only Al Jaserah being the foreign news channel. Might as well not provide a TV when there is nothing to offer guests other than local TV1 and TV2.

We love the movenpick! Great views, the staff are great, they were wonderful with our kids and they were so helpful during check out, even loading our car for us. Also a perfect location for shopping and eating out, we will absolutely be back!
