Upon entering this high quality premium holiday home, you are met with the most incredibly impressive views out to sea through the floor to ceiling bi - fold glass doors.

The house boasts quality throughout and has been very well appointed with much attention having gone into it to make it a stunning holiday home. It has underfloor heating and a gas fire which keeps you toastie warm during those cooler months. The house is on 2 levels with living area on the ground floor and both bedrooms on the second floor. The living area is open plan, with very comfy quality leather couches and tasteful furnishings, and a wonderful well-appointed kitchen featuring Fridge freezer, large kitchen granite bench tops, gas hobs, 2 ovens, built-in microwave and dishwasher.

On the front side facing North the Bi-fold doors open up to a large deck area with outdoor furniture. Providing a wonderful spot to sit, relax and watch the world go by. To the rear off the dining area, again Bi-Fold doors open up onto a tiled courtyard which is where the Spa pool is located. Sitting in the Spa starring at the Waiheke starlit sky is definately a must do thing. The BBQ is also located in this area as well as outdoor furniture.

Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms both with King beds (one of which can split into singles). The master bedroom has some size to it and is furnished with 2 lazy boy leather chairs and TV. It has a Californian Super King bed which offers a fantastic nights sleep. Bi-fold doors open up onto yet another north facing deck, perfect if you want a bit of chill out time away from your fellow guests. While lying in bed, at night you see the 3 Lighthouses on neighbouring Islands, and on waking up, you have the morning sun streaming in and fabulous views over the Bay and coastline.

The large en-suite is all in glass offering additional views, but it may not be that appealing if you are a little shy as it does not have curtains, therefore you are showering looking out to sea. It may feel as of others can look in but that is actually not the case, you have total privacy. There is a also further bathroom (with full laundry) next door which is enclosed and totally private.

The second bedroom has a Super King bed which can split into singles if required. Yet another wonderful bed for a great nights sleep.

Between the 2 bedrooms is a further lounge which has a very comfortable double fold out couch, so the property can accommodate 6 guests. There is also an office space with desk and hi speed internet (wireless) just in case you need to work.
