We felt the web photos were better than the product. I can’t remember mention that we would have to share the bathroom facilities with another room/s. All the furniture and bathroom fit out needs renovation but to be fair they are reflective of the age and presentation of the dwelling. The host though was most pleasant.

We were very surprised on arrival to be shown a room with no self- contained bathroom. We shared a toilet and shower room with another room. Both of these could have been cleaner, though the shower was very nice, plenty of hot water. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Very nice firm bed. The entrance way floor was very dirty. Kitchen area was ok. Continental breakfast was acceptable.

Overall, the hosts were perfectly nice, though everything felt a bit impersonal and more like a high-end hostel than like a B and B. The room felt like a converted office and didn't have much light. The breakfast was also pretty mixed. Food was left out the night before. Usually consisted of toast, cereal, and something else that rotated each day. Butter was a bit off and it looked like there were dead bugs in the sugar.
