About this property

Palm Beach Panorama - perfect family holiday house with spa pool!

  • Newly renovated stylish holiday home with fabulous views across the Hauraki Gulf.  Located just minutes from Palm Beach and Oneroa Village, this is the perfect spot to base yourself for a fabulous family holiday.  It has a sunny north facing position, great indoor & outdoor living & dining areas, spa pool, flat lawn and trampoline for the kids.

    This idyllic property has plenty of space for family and friends to relax and unwind. You enter into the large, welcoming, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.  The kitchen is well equipped for catering and has a dishwasher, large oven and nespresso machine.  There is a  relaxing living area, and a large dining tables indoor and out.  The room opens on 2 sides onto a wraparound deck, which gets all day sun - perfect for enjoying a BBQ and those fabulous views!  

    On the living level are the master king bedroom along with a family bathroom.

    Downstairs are three further bedrooms, as well as a TV snug with a sofa bed and a second bathroom.   Leading from this level is a an elevated wooden path which leads out into the native bush and bird watching platform. 

    The house is located a few minutes drive from Oneroa and Onetangi Beaches, and overlooks Palm Beach.  You can walk from a path outside the house down through the fields to Palm beach.  Palm Beach is a lovely sandy beach, and has a 'locals favourite' cafe/restaurant Arcadia, a shop and a great kids playground.  

    This house makes holidays easy - and it is the perfect spot from which to enjoy all that Waiheke has to offer!

    Due to bedding configuration this property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, 9 if a family group.

    Each stay incurs a $220 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Work getaway

This property was the perfect size and location for our group of 9 early childhood teachers getaway to Waiheke. Plenty of room for us all to chill and enjoy each others company. Many thanks to the owners for our complimentary bottle of Sav! Lovely!

Open sunny, renovated home

Nice house overall, we enjoyed the spa, modern kitchen and views. The house was nicely renovated except for the showers and there was a musty smell downstairs with mold on the wall. The cleanliness was not up to standard on arrival however, they very quickly remedied that. We had prompt, excellent service from Be My Guest and the owner for a couple of things that needed attention while we were there.

Lovely view

The house is in a lovely part of Waiheke. We didn’t realise the owners live next door and I wouldn’t have booked the house if I’d known that so I think it should be included in the listing. The doors to the downstais bedrooms and toilets are not standard- solid doors. They’re louvre doors so are not sound proof. Apart from the doors the house is comfortable and warm and is a nice place to stay.

Wonderful Waiheke

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. Plenty of space for everyone to gather or be on their own. Beautiful vistas, lush greenery and song birds made for a peaceful retreat. Kitchen was well provisioned for us to prepare meals for our family group of 7. Spa tub was nice extra. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful views and house

It's open and spacious, quiet and great views, lovely spa and convenient kitchen provisions. There are nice verandas and decks to relax. Easy down hill walk to the beach and the shops. We took taxis Waicabs every where. Cheaper than having your own car. Lovely bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful place.

40th getaway with friends

House itself was lovely, great location. Just needed a little clean as there was black mold on the wall, and to be topped up with essentials that said was going to be supplied. Was a shame the view was obstructed by the hedge when sitting in the lounge. Over-all could be a fantastic spot.

Blissful & Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay here! Unfortunately we picked the weekend of cyclone Gabrielle however the home was one of the only left on the island with power! We were lucky to have selected this gorgeous home. Everything was clean and beautiful! We stayed here with our little family while my husband and me got married on the island. The ONLY thing that was unsure was the address, it was a little odd but it’s not the homes fault, we just took a few google tries to find it!

Friends reunion

Good house overall, we enjoyed the spa and views. It was however quite damp and lacked insulation so noisy. The tiny bathroom downstairs was also impractical for servicing the three double bedrooms. Location was up a steep hill and down a long driveway. We were ok with it, but others may find it a challenge to walk up/down.

Lovely house and well set up. Ideal location, sunny and great view. Not ideal for toddlers as isn’t fully fenced and some drop offs around the garden, but would be great for older kids.
