Upon arrival, we were greeted by two friendly staff who helped us get booked in, and were super helpful in confirming the car parking, access to the room and after hours access. The room was lovely and clean, awesome views across Victoria Park straight towards the Sky Tower. Absolutely wonderful stay all around, and will certainly be looking to book again next time we stay in Auckland.

Very nice staff very helpful. Place is like a 3 min walk to a big grocery store and 10-15 min walk to sky tower . Rooms are nice Would definitely stay again if back in New Zealand

This was my second stay at the property and it was as good as the first. The guy at the desk got me into my room before 2:00 pm as soon as it had been cleaned, and gave me an extra checkout hour. Washer/dryer is great. Easy walking distance to piers.

The property was great, upon check in I was offered parking at $20 or I could parkon the street. I elected to park on the street and returned to the hotel at 9.15pm. When I went to leave, my car has been towed as the street was private !!!! This was not explained to me by staff, the signs for the towaway was not displayed so one could see at night, nor reflective, this cost $350 to have my vehicle returned, daylight robbery. The area behind the hotel is private property although it is a road, be careful. Extremely disappointing. Staff should warn all guests of this.
