Good amenities and clean room. Regretfully no hair dryer in bathroom and it took a while before one was provided. Handy location within walking distance to shopping mall and eateries. Onsite parking is also an advantage.

The room was very clean. It is near many things for families to do - water park, amusement park, shopping, etc. It was about a $47 NZ uber ride to downtown for 4 of us. We had a top floor suite with 2 separate rooms. They didn't have 24 hour desk service, but I found the check in process to be easy even though we didn't check in until about 2 a.m. due to flight issues. The next day they accomodated us with a late check out of noon and allowed us to store luggage until our flight out later in the day.

Everything about the visit was excellent, the room, location, accessability. I ate in the resturaunt and found that a little limiting. I wanted a pizza and there was no cheese to go on it! That was 1/3 of the dinner menu out! It was still a good stay. I will be back.
