Welcome to Royal Residency, a brand new luxury apartment hotel in Auckland, New Zealand. Conveniently located halfway between the city and the airport, our elegant and spacious apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for both business and leisure travellers with a range of options to suit all requirements.

Our 4 bedroom luxury apartments sleep 8 and include a King bed in bedroom 1, a Double bed in bedroom 2 and a Queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms. These apartments include an ensuite bathroom and a shared ensuite bathroom each with their own shower, spa bath and free toiletries. The full kitchen includes a gas stovetop, oven, microwave. dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots & pans, crockery and tea/coffee making facilities. The separate living area contains a sofa bed and chairs, coffee table and a Smart TV with Freeview Streaming and Samsung TV Plus Streaming. The dining area has a dining table and chairs and dining is also available on the kitchen island. Laundry facilities are available in the garage and include a washing machine and tub. Free, off-street parking is available in the driveway and in the secure, undercover garage.

Not Quite as Expected!

Recent build, modern apartment-style facility. Hurried clean missed rubbish in several rooms. Insufficient linen and towels for number of guests. Oven 'out-of-service'- long-term? Inadequate provision of kitchen utensils, dishes, for number of guests. Many minor disappointments- rating 5/10 - bit like the All Blacks v England! Room for improvement.
