Apartment 3 is designed around light, simplicity, and the ease of being close to the beach. The open-plan living and dining area sits at the front of the apartment, framed by wide windows that look out toward the gardens and glimpses of the bay. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, keeping the apartment warm and welcoming.
The lounge is furnished for relaxed downtime after the beach, with comfortable seating and a clear line of sight to the outdoor area. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, practical bench space, and everything needed for simple meals at home.
The bedroom is set back from the living area for privacy and includes a king bed and soft, even light. The bathroom is clean and functional, with a tiled shower and vanity. Being on the ground floor keeps the apartment accessible and easy to move in and out of, with shared BBQ facilities close by.

Nearby wineries include Tantalus Estate and Obsidian Vineyard, both offering tastings and relaxed vineyard dining.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is on Fourth Avenue / The Strand.
Buses run from Onetangi, stopping close to all major wineries, including The Heke, then continue into Oneroa and on to the Matiatia passenger ferry.
Taxis, e-bikes, scooters, and hire cars are also available across the island. Parking is provided at the property.

The in house Property Ground Manager was the only one to book us in . WE are in our 90 .s and he was very helpful also on our departure he and his wife were very helpful
