Wharetana Bay Villa is a luxury one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa with an attached one-bedroom, one-bathroom sleepout making the property perfect for two couples or small family groups.

The views of the ocean are truly spectacular and there is even a private walkway that takes you right down to a beach which is almost always deserted.

The main house is a huge open plan space, with polished concrete floors, fully featured kitchen, with a separate dining area, comfortable lounge space and extensive outdoor grounds with dining spots, lounging spots and gardens to explore.

The property features heat-pumps/air-conditioners in the main living space and in the master bedroom, keeping it toasty warm in winter and nicely cool in summer. The sliding doors at the front allow fantastic airflow and a great connection with the outdoor space.

There is a large flat screen TV, with smart features, a Sonos sound system and high speed internet throughout the property. You are well connected and have all the entertainment options at your fingertips.

The bedrooms are made up with luxury linens and feature deep, pillow top mattresses. Black out curtains and the incredibly peaceful rural location mean a good nights sleep is guaranteed.

The main house features the master bathroom, with large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. The sleepout has its own bathroom with wet room shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a hairdryer, fluffy white towels, hand towels and face cloths. We also supply Huia shower gel, shampoo and handwash in each bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, plates and serving dishes. It features a large fridge/freezer with filtered water dispenser and ice maker. There is a dishwasher, induction hob, full size oven, microwave and coffee machine.

There are plenty of books, toys and games for kids. The house is child friendly. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, but an additional child's bed and porta-cot that can be provided for the main house allowing for up to 6 guests to stay in total.
