What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish ...
