"I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. It was close to many WW2 historical spots. The room was spacious and well kept breakfast was very nice. The owner was nice and greeted us upon are arrival to show us are room and give us are key. There is nice restaurant on the property which had great food. "

"Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Town including super U supermarket & petrol station 5 minutes drive away. Unusual bathroom & toilet layout. One toilet with no sink off the kitchen, one shower room including a basin off the kitchen also. Upstairs one toilet including basin in the top of the toilet only. Great to have a pool table. Very small tv wall mounted which is not 'smart; so no ability to connect to a wider range of channels or Netflix etc. Good wifi. Comfortable beds."

"The gite was beautiful. There was an enormous fenced garden which our dog enjoyed. Danielle was helpful, knowledgeable, and so very kind. She supported us in our interests and gave us some of her lovely homemade jam."

"Lovely spacious house for a family stay. The covered pool was perfect given we had some cooler and wet days and the sauna was a bonus for the adults. Easy walking distance to the town for bakeries, bars, restaurants and shops, but the house itself is secluded enough to think you are in the country. Wardrobe space was limited in some of the bedrooms, but not a problem for us. "

"We had such wonderful stay here- there where 5of us and everyone had something that suited them. On arrival the host was extremely pleasant and whilst there was a language barrier we all managed to understand each other and she has leaflets to help. The ‘cottage’ itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated with a cosy rustic vibe that immediately had everyone starting to relax into the holiday. The space was well kept and clean. There was also a shared outdoor space which was great for my daughter as there were some other children there during our stay so she was able to play around with them in a safe space and there’s volleyball nets, trampolines etc plenty to entertain them. There was also a little boat that you could go on the pond with. The space at the front of the cottage had outdoor seating, sun loungers and a bbq. This was great for the evenings where we could sit at the bbq and chat with one another. The grounds are well maintained and lovely for a small walk in the mornings. Whilst it is out by itself (which aids in the peaceful quiet setting) you are not far from loads of different tourist attractions and grocery shopping by car. This place is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the rat race, reset and enjoy some peace. It is in a fab location where you can star gaze most evenings with a glass of wine. The pool is quite small if you had wanted to do lengths but it is a great size for a few people and or some small kids to keep an eye on them. 10/10"

"From start to finish the owner was amazing. Great communication and when we arrived check in was seamless. The house and grounds are nothing but amazing. The whole stay was relaxing and peaceful.Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and lounge.Breakfast and outdoor dining on the large patio was perfect with a BBQ area already setup. This is the best place we have stayed in France. Thank you again "
