Pure relaxation, in the midst of a beautiful Ore Mountains landscape, lies the small idyllic village of Wildbach, only 3 km from the spa Schlema.

You can expect a small, attractive apartment in the attic with a romantic view of the forest and meadow - pure nature.

Our apartment has a size of 45 m² and is equipped for 2 persons. It has a spacious living room with TV and radio and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

During your stay, you can also take advantage of our pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi, as well as a large terrace, barbecue facilities and a huge garden.

On request, you can also bring pets.

Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir können nur sehr positiv von dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung berichten. Vom Empfang durch die sehr freundlichen Vermieter und Einweisung in die Wohnung bis zum Brötchenservice war alles sehr gelungen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jeden Tag haben wir Kurzausflüge in die interessante Umgebung wie Hartenstein, Schneeberg usw. unternommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

mooi app rustig gelegen wel op de 2de etage onder het dak wel warm maar ja als het 31 gr is buiten hé wat wil je beter dan koud en regen!! wel vonden we het ongepast dat ze op ons app kwamen wanneer wij er niet waren vb. verse lakens zelf op bed leggen met nieuwe handdoeken!! dit doe je niet!!!!! Wel een zeer vriendelijke dame en zeer bezorgt dat alles ok is !!

Wenn der Urlaub leider sehr schnell vergeht, war es immer schön. So auch bei Fam. Kramer. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, sauber und diskret. Schön, ABER ...

Der Ort und die Umgebung sind toll, Wald, Bäche, Felder mit schönen Wanderwegen, der Mietpreis ist ein Schnäppchen, der Pool ist nicht groß, aber super zur Erfrischung. Leider werden über die Wohnung ein paar Dinge verschwiegen: 1. Ab 1,80 m Körpergröße gibt es ein paar Hindernisse für den Kopf, bin 1,89 m. 2. Das Foto von der Badewanne zeigt nicht die Spüle und die Mikrowelle rechts daneben, in der Küche gegenüber gibt es kein Wasser und wegen der Dachschräge ist Duschen nur was für Kleine (s. 1.) 3. Die separate Toilette befindet sich gegenüber dem Eingang zur Ferienwohnung, wird aber von niemand anderem benutzt. 4. Die Wildbacher Hauptstrasse liegt auf der Frontseite des Hauses, kommt darauf an wieviel Verkehr man sonst vor der Tür hat, mehr oder weniger ruhig. 5. Die Terasse ist von der Wohnung zwei steile Treppen und den Weg ums Haus entfernt, wir hatten keine Lust das Frühstück o.ä. nach unten zu balancieren, schade. FAZIT: Erzgebirge und auch Wildbach gerne wieder, aber lieber ein anderes Quartier wenn es das Konto hergibt.

Ganz einfach schlecht

Die Toilette ist außerhalb der Wohnung. Die Dusche ist in der Küche. Spiegel sind für kleine Menschen gehängt. Die Deckenhöhe entspricht nicht der für eine Wohnung nach sächsischer Bauordnung. Es gab keine freie Ablage, weil überdekoriert. Der einzige Tisch zum Schreiben war in der Küche mit äußerst spärlicher Beleuchtung. Unfreundliche Hausbesitzerin.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und gepflegte Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in einem typisch erzgebirgischen Siedlerhaus mit sehr netter "Wirtin" und täglichem Brötchen-Bringe-Service und frischen Blumen!

Kurzurlaub im Erzgebirge

Die Ferienwohnung hat alle Dinge für das tägliche Leben geboten. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub als angenehm empfunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert und wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Der Ort selbst bietet wenig Sehenswürdigkeiten und man muss einige (Höhen-)Meter zu Fuß gehen, um von Ende zu Ende zu kommen. Zu empfehlen ist der Gasthof am Ortsanfang; hier gibt es leckeres Essen.

Idel für 2 Personen u Kurzurlaub. Sehr schön gelegen.

Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die gelieferten Brötchen waren echt lecker und riesig, also lieber 1 Brötchen weniger bestellen 😉. Lediglich über dem Herd fehlte mir eine kleine Lampe und im Wohnzimmer eine Uhr. Ansonsten ist alles super gelaufen. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder eine Auszeit vom Alltag nehmen und dort zu Gast sein. LG

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Wohnhaus der Vermieter. Deshalb kamen wir mit den netten Vermietern ins Gespräch. Auch hätten aus diesem Grund quasi jederzeit Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung gestanden, wenn es denn nötig gewesen wäre. War es aber nicht, weil alles super war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurzurlaub zum besuchen des ACTINON in Bad Schlema

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sie ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten schon die Wohnung um 11,00 Uhr ,nicht wie geschrieben 16,00 Uhr, beziehen. Dadurch war es uns möglich das ACTINON in Bad Schlema schon am Anreisetag zu besuchen. Unseren Dank dafür. Das Angebot zum Brötchenservice, welches wir nutzten, war auch sehr gut. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub an den wir lange denken werden. Wir werden die Ferienwohnung an unsere Freunde weiterempfelen.
