All digital check-in, check-out and room key - no staff. Room was as expected with kitchen, dining room, small tv space, bedroom, changing room and bathroom. All were clean. Wife did not like that there were no decorations (wall or other decor) with monochromatic colors. Basic shopping and all types of restaurants within walking distance. About 10 minute walk to tram. Airport was $10 uber ride. Very functional but not beautiful.

"What stood out for me in staying at CitizensM was the excellent, and very helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. My only minor complaint was the very small sink outside the shower and toilet. I would definitely stay here again."

"Comfortable modern hotel with easy access to airport . Public bus at door but also access to shuttle bus transfers . My only criticism would be poor service in restaurant and bar - one server was ridiculous . He did his best but ended up going to our room with a bottle from the kiosk because we couldn’t ..."
