"Great hotel , staff were excellent , friendly and helpful !! Breakfast was fantastic , so much choice and fresh . Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Only downfall was the location was a bit far from city center which you know when you book. But great little restaurants and cafes nearby !"

"The staff, room, etc. were great. Had it been any other time of year, the hotel would have been great, especially for the price. But the extremely high temperatures and lack of a/c made it impossible for us to stay all 3 nights. They gave us an extra fan for our room on request, but it wasn’t enough in the extreme temperatures. They said next year (2027) they would be getting a/c installed. Also, no laundry services on site."

"The location was great. It was very quiet and convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to the underground as well as the hop-on-hop-off bus at Schoenbrunn. There weren't facilities commonly provided elsewhere, such as a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities/kettle, which we missed. We did enjoy the air conditioning!"

"Great for the price. Clean room, nice bathroom (including a tub shower—a respectable one at that) functioning television, friendly staff. Daily housekeeping is a nice touch. We were there in a heatwave, so the AC was not the *best*. Only reason it’s not a 4."

"The accommodation and facilities are great for the price and location. Walkable distance to public transit, size of the rooms, beds, kitchen and laundry facility and the storage lockers for early arrivals are a few great things to call out. I will come back for sure and recommend the hotel to my friends."

"We spend a week in Vienna with our family of four. Communication with Ingela was great. The apartment was spacious, clean and well situated. We loved that it felt like a home, properly filled with everything we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend. We loved Vienna so if we ever return we'll stay here again."
