The exterior photos showed a small house surrounded by green fields, whereas the actual accommodation was in a studio room behind a family home in their back garden. "Comfortable place to stay while exploring the counties of Silgo and Mayo. Slept like a queen in the wonderful bed, room overlooking a peaceful pasture and rolling landscape. Efficient little kitchen and large living room with a stove (pellet) to take the chill out of the cool spring nights. Host Sheila picked me up at the train station and was a wealth of information about the area. Wished I'd lingered longer....."

"From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The food in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly. The rooms are decorated beautifully, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. A special shout-out goes to the reception team for doing everything they could to accommodate us, their kindness and professionalism truly made it! "
