"Water was cold.in the shower and could bot get warmer than a bit after running for a while. The beds were ok, tv fonctionnal, red light in the bathrom that i didn't liked so i did not opened it when needed. Very good spot next to train station. Loby is welcoming. I would go there again after all."

"I have stayed at many hotels in Germany, some five star, but none has given as much pleasure at this stay which was a delightful alternative to the bland hotel chains. The hotel is small and welcoming; staff are helpful and take a genuine interest in the guests; rooms are individually furnished and very comfortable. The extensive breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet location very close to the cathedral and the busy city centre is within walking distance. To the staff - 'thank you - it was good.'"

"Clean hotel, friendly staff, and great location. Rooms are a bit small for the rate they charge and dinner menu prices will drive you to eat at one of the many other available options closeby."

"An excellent little hotel and amazing value. Room was clean and comfortable with a fan, desk, powerful shower, and comfy bed. No fridge which would have been helpful. Downstairs is a coffee machine and a nice sitting area and outside courtyard. Parking spaces outside are diagonal and only suitable for very small cars. You can park on the road as well. There’s a supermarket at the end of the street with everything you need and the number 1 tram takes you into Augsburg. The Exhibition centre is a 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive. On the whole I thought this was a great hotel, it could do with a couple of little bits of maintenance, but nothing essential just cosmetic. I was in room 13 and the blind was broken so it had to be tied onto the frame leaving a gap at the bottom of the window. Ideally they could afford to charge a bit more and then attend to these little things"
