I suggest you visit the eastern part of Sicily. Here you will find the main cultural points of interest such as Etna, which offers incredible landscapes, the famous cities of Taormina and Syracuse and the incredible South East coast with its Baroque cities of Noto, Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli ,
