"We stay at Home2Suites whenever we travel if possible because we are always very happy with our stay. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. They attempted to contact her and said she was on her way, but we needed to get on our way. We went back to our rooms to finish getting ready and when we left 45 minutes later they still had not opened for breakfast. We were very disappointed as "breakfast included" is something we look for in our hotel stay and the staff didn't make any attempt to make it right other than apologize. "

After long days out, it was so nice to come back and relax in such a welcoming space.The host was fantastic—quick to respond, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of some great restaurants, which was a huge plus.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again.
