The family room was disappointing with no proper shower facility and tired decor."

"A favourite holiday destination for us and this property is in a fantastic location for accessing local amenities and great walks. The house is well laid out and equipped, and offers generous and comfortable accommodation. The host was very helpful and quickly responsive to messages. We'd love to visit again. "
"We stayed in two different rooms. The first room was on the top floor and very small with a slanted ceiling and the bed was a small double bed so we weren’t that comfortable. The second night we stayed in one of the bigger deluxe rooms on the first floor, which was much nicer. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. "

Our room was peaceful and quiet, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The host was exceptionally friendly, warm and accommodating, adding a welcoming atmosphere to both the hotel and its cosy bar.
